Last updated June 2026. Imadi is in a pre-launch phase; this policy will be reviewed and updated before public launch.

Imadi ("we," "us") operates a therapist-referral service that helps members of our community find and request appointments with therapists. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it.

Information we collect

We collect the contact information you choose to give us - such as your name, email address, and mobile phone number - when you request an appointment or enroll as a therapist, together with the preferences you use to find a match.

How we use it

We use your information only to connect you with a therapist, operate the referral service, and send you the transactional messages described below. We do not use it for advertising.

We do not sell or share your information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information - including your mobile phone number and your SMS opt-in - with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS messaging

If you opt in to SMS, we send you transactional messages such as one-time sign-in links, notifications about an appointment request, and availability reminders.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also email us at support@orahvision.com.

No third-party advertising trackers

We do not place third-party advertising or analytics trackers that would disclose your activity to advertisers.

Data retention

We keep your contact information only as long as we need it, then delete it on a schedule we monitor and log:

• If we pass your details to a therapist, we delete them within about two weeks.
• If we never reach a therapist for you, we delete them within about five weeks.
• If you ask us to keep your details so we can ask one follow-up question, we keep them for 30 days and then delete them.
• You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we remove it right away.

A short technical backup window (up to about a week) may briefly retain a copy before it ages out.
